Resource Center
Royal West Academy’s Resource program is designed to provide students with personalized support. The team coordinates with classroom teachers to ensure students receive the accommodations and services they are entitled to according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) during assessments and classroom work.
The resource team works harmoniously with the MindPOP program to help students develop essential skills such as organization and planning, homework hygiene, study habits, and reading and writing strategies. The team works one-on-one and in small groups with students who need extra support in building sustainable habits.
Our Resource Center is designed to provide students with a calm and quiet environment. It is equipped with various educational resources curated to provide our students with a more inclusive learning environment.
Whether a student has fallen behind, needs help bolstering their academic habits, or needs support managing their school work and extracurricular activities, the resource team is here to help!
