RWA Grade 9 Vaccinations
Vaccinations for Secondary 3 students will be taking place on Tuesday, November 3rd & Wednesday, November 4th, 2026.
We ask that you read the parent letter (document in French and English) found below. If you would like to have your child vaccinated, please print, sign & have your child return the consent form found below (French & English). Please ensure you print out both sides of the consent form.
Forms should be placed in the Nurse’s mailbox in the school’s main office by NO LATER than October 20th, 2026.
